Gothenburg. The beautiful harbour city is Sweden's second largest city after Stockholm. Delicious cinnamon buns, exciting tours, lots of nature. We show you: Gothenburg in 5 minutes.
We start our tour in Haga, the old town of Gothenburg. Many streets here are traffic-free. The old houses look beautiful and it's not too touristy here. The smell of cinnamon buns is everywhere - typical for Sweden.
Besides the culinary highlights, there are also some historical sights in Gothenburg. Skansen Kronan is a fortress from the 17th century. From here you have a great view of the city. Also historic are the Saluhallen in the city centre.
There is also a lot to discover in the area around Gothenburg. The islands in front of the city are especially beautiful. The villages of the Gothenburg archipelago are easily reached by ferry. You can enjoy a nice walk here.
It takes 2 hours to get to our very special highlight: our Tiny House. We spend 2 nights in the middle of the forest. With campfire and wine a dreamlike experience.
Have a great trip to Gothenburg.
