Restaurant Re-naa in Stavanger has one Michelin-star, but is much closer to two ⭐️⭐️ Chef Sven Erik Renaa has created his own signature within the New Nordic cuisine. The high level of cooking is second only to Maaemo in Norway, in my opinion. In addition to the starred restaurant Re-naa, he, together with his wife, also run a casual bistro called Renaa Matbaren, as well as a sourdough bakery and pizzeria called Renaa Xpress.
