A delicious and healthy recipe where you can use your Air Fryer.
Follow these steps with these simple ingredients.
Ingredients:
Chicken Quarter Leg
Garlic (5 cloves)
Onion (1 whole sliced)
Laurel leaves
Ground Black Pepper
1 Chicken broth cube
Water (just enough to cover the Chicken meat)
Soy sauce
How to Cook:
1. Boil water just enough to cover the Chicken meat.
2. Add the Garlic, sliced Onions, Laurel leaves and Ground black pepper.
3. Use 1 Chicken Stock cube for added flavor and let it boil.
4. Add the Chicken quarter legs.
5. Simmer for 30 minutes.
6. Once tender, set aside and air dry for 5 minutes.
7. Cover the Chicken meat with soy sauce.
8. Preheat your Air Fryer for about 5 – 10 minutes (200 degrees)
9. Air fry your soy sauce covered Chicken quarter leg (200 degrees for 20 minutes).
10. Serve with Steamed Rice.
