In this video, I'm reviewing a Mokithand Santoku knife Steel 1.4116 Chef's knife from Mokithand with a full tang handle. Grandsharp sells the same and claims that they are the manufacturer for the resellers.

Handle: Full Tang Pakka wood
3 rivets: 1 Mosaic Rivet
Handle length: 128mm
Blade length: 180mm
Blade width: 46mm
Thickness: 2.2mm
Material: German steel 1.4116
Core Material: German steel 1.4116
HRC: 55 or 56 (ignore the claim that it is 56 - 58. It does not even come close to 57).

Both stores sell the exact same knife Grandsharp is without a logo (I contacted the seller), So if the logo does not bother you, buy the cheapest one (keep in mind that Mokithand was cheapening out on the shipping and cramped 2 knives in one box which caused damage to the core material). They also changed the description too after I pointed out that the HRC was definitely not 58, they now changed it to 56-58
