The EMK-3612 M2 is a servo-electrically driven high-speed punching machine with 300 kN.
With an automatic loader (L III) and unloader (PR III), it can be fully automated. The power consumption of the punching machine in production is only 4.5 kW. With the large tool turret, even demanding tasks can be performed. The largest tool diameter is 114.3 mm as a rotating station.
Each tool is provided with an individual Data Matrix code and is thus digitally managed. Amada's ID Tooling System (AITS) . All relevant tool information is automatically stored, thus eliminating errors.
