Over the past 3 months, I've been doubling the amount of egg yolks in every batch of pasta I've made and this was the grand finale (I hope)! There's a ton of work that goes into these giant batches of pasta, and this video really captures the amount of work that went into it! Should I go for 8,000 eggs next?!
