Marlik Philharmonic Choir has been founded by Keyvan Habibzadeh and Vahid Momeni in 2016, Rasht Guilan province Iran and has performed several concerts both locally and nationally. Pieces performed by this choir are mostly folklore which was being composed / arranged polyphonic for the first time making the choir known to a wide range of audience and musicians as well.
Marlik published its first album *Guilan land of rain* in 2020. They have been also performing pieces from classical music repertoire like, Magnificat by Rutter and Gloria by Vivaldi.
During the World Choir Games of 2021 they obtained the golden diploma in the open competition category of folklore with accompaniment.
