Here's where to find the Ghost of Omar Agah in the "Pit of Heresy". This is the location to complete the "A Loyal Friend" quest step, and as the last ghost on the Moon will also award the Lunar Memoriam emblem. It occurs at the start of the 2nd encounter in the "Pit of Heresy" (ie. You must have completed the first encounter).

Note: To get access to the "Pit of Heresy" you must complete Eris' "The Deepening Wake" quest. I haven't made a guide on doing this quest as it doesn't really need one imo - you'll work it out just fine without one. All you have to do is defeat the "Nightmare of Phogoth, the Untamed" in the Altars of Sorrow public event in Sorrow's Harbor on the Moon and open the chest.
