PLEASE READ* This is an extremely fast and intense exercise grouping so make sure you can properly perform the movements before actually trying to do them! Those of you who try these movements are responsible for knowing your own bodies capabilities and limitations in regards to fitness. Please know that these movements are based on workouts I have previously used and performed; if you are trying these movements for the first time I suggest a spotter and proper pre-workout stretching and cardio warm-up to prepare! If you have any previous injuries to your knees, or lower-back, I suggest you use these movements with caution and consult with your physician! Be sure to keep good form and breathing throughout all of these movements! Also don't forget, to get the BEST results from these movements it is vital to sustain a healthy diet and workout routine with a steady meal plan! Enjoy guys!

These are my 5 EXERCISES for one of many chest routines I use in the gym. I did make it for guys because it is MY workout but it can DEFINITELY be integrated into a WOMAN's workout plan as well, just so everyone tuning in knows! Please make sure you consider a SPOTTER or a workout PARTNER if you are a BEGINNER! You want to perform these exercises with someone watching you if you are going to be doing them for the first time! Make sure you are taking short breaks and moving at a fast pace throughout this CHEST workout. I always theme my workouts around short rest periods, and high intensity training! Make sure you are hydrating and warm up prior to the workout to prevent injury!
1st EXERCISE: PULL/PUSH-UP SUPER-SET -- 3 SETS/10 REPS EACH (20 TOTAL)
10 Pull-Ups then immediately get into 10 pushups with 1 leg elevated in the air, and switch legs at the 5th rep! Perform 3 SETS of this!
2nd EXERCISE: BENCH PRESS/CORE VARIATION -- 3 SETS/15 REPS/135 LBS
Two 45 pound plates on each side of the bench along with the 45 pound bar makes 135 pounds (for any of you who were wondering) Lift your legs in the air and perform 15 reps of bench press while scissor kicking your legs. Do not stop your legs until you finish the 15 reps!
3rd EXERCISE: ALTERNATING CORE PLATE PRESSES (45 lb) -- 3 SETS/12 REPS
Make sure you have a spotter for this exercise! You want them to place a 45 pound plate, or for anyone who would want to go lighter, you can definitely use a 35 pound weight or a 25 pound weight! Make sure you are ALTERNATING for an 8 count and then finish off pressing the plates SIMULTANEOUSLY for the 4 to make 12 REPS.
4th EXERCISE: INCLINE SMITH EXPLOSIONS -- 3 SETS/15 REPS/135 LBS
Set a mobile bench to the incline angle in the SMITH machine! Make sure you keep this weight light! You are going to be throwing the weight up and catching it lightly, but make sure you are using a MANAGEABLE weight. I do not recommend you go heavy at all because that IS NOT the point of this exercise!
5th EXERCISE: DECLINE DUMBBELL FLY ON BOSU BALL -- 3 SETS/12 REPS
I did these balancing on one leg on a BOSU BALL but if you're gym doesn't have a bosu ball, like I mentioned in the video, you can just stand on one leg, and if that is a struggle, you can just stand on both feet, shoulder width apart! You will still get a great workout! Make sure you are coming from underneath and turning your wrist IN and really squeezing your chest to get a great burn!
