Made this cake for the first time. Fluffy and delicious. I will definitely make this one again maybe with chocolate chips next time.
INGREDIENTS:
4 eggs
3 Tbsp of sugar
3 Tbsp of cornstarch
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1.5 cups plain or greek yogurt
1/2 cup of blueberry
Pinch of salt
Powdered sugar to finish
Bake 20 min at 300°F (148°C) then 40 min at 280°F (137°C)
