GARLIC SAUCE
In our group, one of the favorite recipes is exactly the one for the Garlic Sauce better known as “OHRIDSKO Makalo”.
Perfect as a side dish with fish, but also with any other dish. It is so delicious that it can even be "eaten" or spread on bread.
This is the original recipe, prepared in traditional way, like our grandmothers were cooking, using just primitive wood tools.
Ingredients
4 garlic cloves
2 tsp Salt
400-600 ml Oil
1 cup Vinegar
