This is my honest review of the Toyo Celsius all weather tire. If you're considering purchasing winter tires or all season tires, you might want to reconsider after watching this video. The Toyo Celsius all weather tire is a four seasons winter approved tire and it is designed to be a hybrid between a winter tire and an all season tire. It provides better snow and ice traction than a typical all season tire and it has longer tread life than a winter tire.
