Join me for this 30 min yoga practice that will help to improve your balance & stability from the ground up.
A great practice for the beginner yogi looking to improve their balance!
Let’s uncover your natural state of balance and don’t just think balance in the physical aspect, think finding balance in all aspects of your life. You are strong! Take pride in this process of understanding and getting to know your whole body. Allow this practice to be a way to understand what balance feels like where you are currently at in life. My friend, you have everything you need. No worries about a little tumble & fumble… Find a sense of you as you explore and grow your home practice.
I don’t use any props but maybe have your blocks handy to help support you in building your balancing practice… maybe even set yourself up next to a wall or have a chair nearby.
Do your best and forget the rest.
Be authentic.
Breathe deep.
