Liberty Accounts provides for both internal document storage and external document referencing. The former being where Liberty Accounts will hold your scanned images and the latter where you might use 3rd party software for that purpose.
The selection of 'External Document Storage' provides a link icon to enter the share link provided by the 3rd party software and the 'Internal Document Storage' provides an attachment icon to upload your file.
The link/attachment can be included on the following transaction types: Bill, Credit Note, Expense Claim, Mileage Claim and Journal.
Liberty Accounts support the upload of JPG, JPEG, TIFF, PNG and PDF files up to 2Mb and users can define the retention period.
