Chasing a Norfolk Southern steel coil train with a pusher locomotive! CSX local train passing a special train in Cincinnati from Ohio Rail Experience. I also include the Ohio Rail Experience train in South Solon, Ohio from a couple years ago. Right after I chased the NS steel coil train to NA Tower I got a call about the special train sitting in Cincinnati on the west side of the city. After filming it on a siding right when I was leaving I got a call that a CSX train was headed toward Cincinnati. It turned out to be the local that is used in remote control when switching customers along the Ohio River. It usually has a caboose but not today. Notice the flowers attached to the CSX locomotive. I have no idea why that train had those flowers on it but it was kind of cool. I got lucky to catch it at the 4 track Idaho Street railroad crossing passing the special train. I also rode that train a few years ago. The special train was the Northbend Flyer and it ran the following 2 days on Central Railroad Of Indiana CIND tracks from Cincinnati to Dearborn County, Indiana and back. 2 of the tracks at this crossing are CIND and 2 are CSX.
