Using my hairdryer on high heat for 30 seconds helped to secure the permanent vinyl stencil to the stainless steel tumbler. This was an important step in preparing my tumbler for the Citristrip paint and varnish stripping gel. I learned that if the stencil is not securely attached to the tumbler that the stripping gel can seep under the stencil and create a blurred design.
