'She had limited value': New bodycam video shows two Seattle officers conversing and laughing about an incident where an officer fatally struck a woman in January. Neither of the officers talking are the ones who hit the woman. The Seattle Community Police Commission called the conversation "heartbreaking and shockingly insensitive." The video and the officer's comments are being investigated by the Office of Police Accountability.
