Zenith Zoysia is a warm season grass and should only be planted after soil temperatures are consistently above 60 degrees for the spring. You'll need to ensure you plant Zenith seed a minimum of 60 days before your first possible frost date in the fall.
This Zenith Zoysia was grown under ideal conditions in Marshallville, Georgia. The seed was planted between 1/4" and 1/8" deep and received at least 8 hours of direct sunlight per day. Soil temperatures were above 60 degrees Fahrenheit, and the soil remained moist thanks to watering multiple times each day for at least the first 14 days.
