The organization “Montanans Securing Reproductive Rights,” has been collecting signatures around the state to add an amendment to protect abortion access in Montana’s constitution on ballots this November.

In June, the group announced they had collected over 117,000 signatures from voters across 40 of Montana’s 100 State House districts.

Now – they claim the Montana Secretary of State is illegally removing voters from that signature count.
