Your 5 p.m. Greater Cleveland and Northeast Ohio weather forecast for September 4, 2024:
Let our stretch of sun-filled days continue! High pressure is still in charge so you can expect wall-to-wall sunshine today and tomorrow as temperatures continue to warm. We'll reach in and around the 80 degree mark today and into the mid 80s on Thursday. Humidity will remain on the low side the next two days.
Our next storm system approaches from the northwest late Thursday into Friday bringing with it an increase in humidity and scattered rain and rumbles. Rain chances will stay with us through Saturday morning as an area of low pressure begins to wrap up just to our north. We'll have rain fairly close to us on radar the remainder of the day Saturday into Sunday, but as of right now it looks like we'll stay mainly dry.
Temps will take a tumble behind this front. We're expecting mid-80s on Friday before highs drop into the low 60s on Saturday! This weekend looks truly fall-like before temps begin to recover next week.
