In this short video, I recap highlights from the course lectures and reframe what cost control means to the overall construction industry and how you should view its integration into your management practices and careers going forward. Cost control for construction projects and project management is usually a capstone type course that requires knowledge in a number of areas of study and assumes you have the base going into it. Often I/we get so focused on an individual course we don't see the forest for the trees. This closing lecture I hope frames things in a positive way going forward.
