The coalition of exiled Burundi opposition groups have spoken in response to efforts by former Tanzanian leader Benjamin mkapa to restart the peace process. They say that Mkapa's statement that oposition officials under arrest warrants will not be included in the peace talks puts the talks in jeorpady even before they gain root.
