Before 'Saved By the Bell' (1989) there was 'Good Morning Miss Bliss' (1987), a one-season sitcom on The Disney Channel. It starred Hayley Mills as an 8th grade teacher; it ended after one season but producers revamped it as a high school sitcom to air Saturday mornings. That became 'Saved by the Bell' and it would run for four years. The theme song for 'Miss Bliss' was 'These Are the Best of Times' by Charles Fox, but it was only heard during Disney Channel airings. When 'Miss Bliss' was syndicated and issued on DVD, they replaced the intro and end credits with 'Saved by the Bell'. So copies of the Charles Fox song are scarce; we did the best we could with what we could find. The theme for 'Saved By the Bell' is by Scott Gayle and has been used, in one form or another, for all the spin-offs and sequel series that followed.
