Made a #shorts of my recent video describing CaAKG supplementation in mice. It was shown in this study that CaAKG can extend healthspan in both male and female mice, and extends lifespan in middle-aged female mice. If this can be translated to humans it places CaAKG as an exciting compound to watch for preventing aging.
