S.P.C.O. Shaun Gaddy aka 1099 Process Server for the court and a locksmith break in while cops stand by and watch. Gaddy tells the Police he’s a “constable” to give the illusion he’s with sheriffs office. Attorney for the landlord tried to get the actual sheriffs office involved but they said they didn’t have jurisdiction… why? Because this is illegal and unconstitutional!
