Shocking cell phone footage captured Kimberly Reid -- the Florida daycare's director -- hitting a 4-year-old with stuffed animals and slamming him to the ground. Reid told investigators she was just "playing rough" with the child. Police have arrested Reid and charged her with child abuse.
