Silverback gorilla Oumbi is showing off his huge abs with his arms up in the air and sitting there like that. He is keeping an eye on Ozala and keeps grunting at her. Normally he's after Asante, but today he can't stop looking up at his mate. At first, I wasn't sure who was hiding behind all the climbing equipment, but then later I was able to move and saw it was Ozala.
They went outside to get some food. Ozala happily sitting on the platform to eat her tree branch. Oumbi still grunting at her, when he sits there in front of her you see his belly moving when he grunts. Ozala takes it all in her stride and keeps on eating. Oumbi gets up, turns around, has one more grunt at her, but Ozala has already turned her back towards him. He finally gives up and goes back inside. Oumbi seems to be looking at mating again, but no luck today Oumbi.
