For the past 30 days, I decided to train like Ryan Garcia. You have all seen me take on the training of different people such as one punch man and Chris Heria, but I felt it was time to try out a different style of exercise which in this case was boxing. Ryan Garcia's training includes a 5 mile run every single morning, 8 rounds of shadow boxing, a calisthenics workout, and his boxing training at the gym. This was an insanely difficult challenge but the results by the end of it made it worth doing. Enjoy the video!
