By utilizing custom-made Maple Reinforcement Rings as part of the “bearing edge” (see photo), all unwanted overtones are removed while the shell is allowed to sing like the angels. Stainless shells provide a wonderfully clear note with volume and transparency. It is an incredibly “neutral” shell that loves different drumheads and tunings.

This stunning one of a kind stainless shell kit is finished in Gun Metal Patina with Brushed Rectangles in-between the lug casings allowing the hardware to truly “pop.” These shells feature “Slingerland” style Single-Flange Hoops and Vintage Claws that add a touch of class to an already stunner of a kit. What do Single-Flange Hoops do for a drum shell? In my opinion and through in-house testing, they provide stiffness like a die-cast hoop but allow the drum to resonate as if built with 2.3mm triple flange hoops. These hoops and claws allow for a combination of stabilized tuning and a focused note that is sure to put a smile on your face.
