Do these Streches before your hike and say bye-bye to sore muscles!

These streches work on different muscles like hip flexors, quadriceps, hamstrings . These also improve the mobility on your knees and ankles which in turn reduces the injury.

Don’t forget to add wrist, shoulder and ankle rotations.
