There’s a lot of room to make this recipe your own, too -- brew your favorite coffee beans using your favorite method. Pour-over? Aeropress? Espresso? Classic drip? Nespresso? You might say there are too many ways to brew the perfect cup these days.
Our recipe calls for a dash of erythritol to make it sweet, but you can also sub stevia, monk fruit, or your favorite zero-cal, low-carb sweetener.
Sprinkle a dash of cinnamon or cocoa powder on top, and you're good to go!

Keto Butter Coffee
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Coffee
1 1/2 tbsp Butter
1 tsp Erythritol
1/4 cup Heavy Cream
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
Instructions
1. Start by preparing the cream. Add the cream to a bowl and whisk vigorously until thick and fluffy. Alternatively you may wish to do this in the bowl of a stand mixer.
2. Prepare your Keto beverage by adding 1.5 cups of hot coffee to a large mug. Add the butter and erythritol or your preferred sweetener. Stir well to allow the butter to melt into the coffee. Transfer to a blender or if the mug is large enough, use a hand held blender or frother to blitz the fats into the coffee until well combined and foamy.
3. Top the hot coffee with the whipped cream. Sprinkle the ground cinnamon over the whipped cream. Serve immediately.
