The Economic and Organized Crime Office (EOCO) has announced that the reference from the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) to investigate Cecilia Dapaah on money laundering lacks merit and evidence to warrant further investigations.
The Executive Director of EOCO, COP Maame Yaa Tiwaah Addo-danquah, revealed that the OSP has not yet responded to their request for additional details regarding the allegations.
She made these remarks while addressing journalists at the 14th Commonwealth Regional Conference and the annual general meeting of heads of African anti-corruption agencies.
