The heel elevated dumbbell goblet squat is a great exercise to increase quadriceps size, improve squat mechanics, and grow bigger legs without a barbell!
In this video I will show you how to master the heel elevated dumbbell goblet squat. By elevating the heels, you increase the ability to flex the knees, which will in turn help increase quadriceps loading and maintain a more vertical torso positioning in the squat.
These can be used as warm up exercises for high bar squats, leg presses, and Olympic weightlifting, or as strength and hypertrophy exercises for all levels.
