The pullup is an exercise everyone should be using in their at home workouts. A common problem most people experience from beginner to advanced is how to increase pullup reps. This pullup tutorial is going to outline a routine to help improve pull ups fast.
In order to effectively increase pull up strength, using low rep ranges is optimal. We're going to be using the chin-up because it's easier to go heavy, use sound form and get stronger.
How to do more pull-ups is quite simple, we need to get our sets and reps in. We're going to be using a variety of exercises including front lever rows and also bodyweight rows aka australian pull-ups. We're using pull-up variations to increase muscle mass and improve our endurance.
