Strengthen your mind and soul, as well as your body! Based on eight forms of ancient Tai Chi movement, Moving for Better Balance is great at helping older adults improve their balance, prevent falls and increasing their confidence in performing everyday activities. Lead by a Tai Chi trained and certified instructor, participants will learn low impact stretching, breathing and therapeutic exercises while feeling stronger, better balanced, more flexible and more confident.
