• 4 kg Tomato
• 25 kg Chicken
• 5 kg Cooking oil
• 1 & 1/2 kg Curd
• 500gm Ghee
• Cloves
• Cinnamon
• 1/4 kg Green chilli
• Bay leaves
• Cumin seeds
• 350gm Salt as required
• 1 & 1/2 kg Ginger paste
• 1 & 1/2 kg Garlic paste
• 1/2 kg Green chilli
• 250 gm Red chilli powder
• 250 gm Chicken masala
• 50gm turmeric powder
• Coriander leaves
• Mint leaves
• 40 lt Water
