Today, I've got a nice-looking tie-rod hydraulic cylinder here from Yates Industries of St. Clair Shores, Michigan. You can see that this particular cylinder has a clevis-type mount, or as it's referred to in the NFPA callouts, an MP1 mount.

This cylinder is a H4 model, which is medium-duty hydraulic cylinder that is capable of 1400 psi maximum pressure. It has standard Nitrile seals with a twin lip rod seal, and this particular cylinder has a 2-in. bore, 7-in stroke, and a 5/8 rod with a female rod end.

The rod end of the cylinder has a 3/8 NPT port, while the blind end has a #6 SAE port.
