Everyone would like to meditate, if they only knew how to meditate.
An ancient technique of meditation, Kriya Yoga, was spread worldwide by Paramahansa Yogananda, author of the spiritual classic, Autobiography of a Yogi.
His book has influenced the lives of millions across the world, including renowned personalities like Steve Jobs, Rajinikanth, Pandit Ravi Shankar and Virat Kohli.
In 1917, he founded Yogoda Satsanga Society of India (known as Self-Realization Fellowship outside India) to disseminate these scientific meditation techniques.
These non-sectarian “how-to-live” teachings embody a complete philosophy and way of life for developing the body, mind and soul.
To celebrate the International Day of Yoga, Yogoda Satsanga Society of India welcomes you to an introductory session on Yoga - Meditation.
Meditation can help cope with and overcome the challenges of a fast-paced and potentially stressful lifestyle.
