Mike learning the tele-sales business. Probably the hardest school holiday job ever... commission based, telephone book Cold Calling! He unfortunately did not get an appointment as the prospect gave him the 'I'm not interested' objection, but he followed the script (with my help) and was at least able to get a referral from the lady. He later phoned the referral and was able to get an appointment and a sale.
