The smooth and chewy red bean mochi (mochi, glutinous rice cake, daifuku) is actually very simple to make.
Uji matcha powder is added to part of it, which is beautiful in color and tastes better.

Ingredients: (9 pieces)
90g Glutinous rice flour
25g Corn starch
20g Caster sugar
160g Milk
10g Oil
1/2 tsp Matcha powder
180g Red bean paste (divided into 20g x 9 pieces)
