On November 18, 2020, state biologists from the Utah Division of Wildlife Resources were conducting a survey of bighorn sheep in southeastern Utah from a helicopter. During the survey, one of the biologists spotted something unusual near a rock formation in the desert. He immediately informed the pilot, Bret Hutchings, and asked him to fly over the location once again. Upon returning to the spot, the entire crew onboard could clearly see what their colleague had meant, and the sight left them utterly shocked.
