The UF Health Jacksonville Orthopaedic Physical Therapy Residency Program is designed to provide exceptional clinical education across the continuum of defined specialty physical therapy practice based on American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. The program involves didactic work, clinical research, mentored leadership and clinical training via structured mentorship. Residents are expected to be able to implement all learned knowledge and skills into defined specialty practice resulting in the next generation of highly effective clinical specialists in physical therapy, and further improving community health outcomes.
