3 easy ways to peel garlic!
1️⃣ shake in a jar: put as many cloves as you want into a mason jar and shake for 20-30 seconds. dump cloves out of jar and peel any remaining bits off easily!
2️⃣ smash with a knife: use the flat side of a large knife to carefully smash the clove until the skin breaks, then easily peel it off.
3️⃣ soak in hot water: soak garlic cloves in a bowl in hot water for 5-10 minutes, then peel the skin off.
