Here’s how to make these 3 ingredient Beaver Tails/Fried Bread:

1. In a bowl, combine 2 cups self rise flour (or 2 cups all purpose flour, 2 tsp baking powder and 1 tsp salt), 3/4 cup warm water, and 1 tbsp avocado oil.

2. Mix until a shaggy dough forms, then transfer to a flat surface and knead, just until your dough comes together (it will be slightly sticky).

3. Divide into 4-5 pieces and shape each dish into a round, 1/4 - 1/2 inch thick disk.

4. Heat up some oil over medium heat and cook each bread for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden.

5. Top with some coconut or cinnamon sugar and any other toppings you like (I like chocolate spread) and enjoy!!! 🥳
