Crispy Egg Paratha Recipe | Homemade Restaurant-style Flaky Layered Egg Paratha Roll-Anda Paratha
Egg paratha is very common & favourite desi food of all. Egg paratha is very simple to make.
Dough Ingredients:
Wheat Flour (Aata): 1 cup
Salt: 1/4 tsp (as per taste)
Oil: 1 tbsp
Water: as required
Recipe:
Take flour in a bowl & add salt & oil in it & mix well. Now start adding water as required to make a soft dough.
Knead it well & leave it for half an hour.
Omelette Mixture Ingredients:
Egg: 3
Spring Onions
Tomato
Fresh Red Chilli
Fresh Coriander Leaves
Salt: 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder: 1/2 tsp
Cumin & Coriander Powder: 1 tsp
Recipe:
Take a bowl & add eggs, onion, tomato, red chilli, coriander leaves, salt, red chilli powder, cumin & coriander powder & mix well.
After half hour, knead the dough again & divide it. No roll out the dough as shown in the video & cook in a pan.
Cook both sides of bread well & apply oil. Now spread omelette material on the top of bread.
Now turn the side. Keep pressing the bread from all the sides so that omelette stick with bread well.
Now Serve with any chutney. Enjoy
