This juicy and delicious kebab has multiple dimensions of flavour that make you keep coming back for more. These bitesize kebab wraps are great for picnics, lunchboxes, snacks or for a delicious lunch or dinner.
Ingredients:
FOR THE MINCE:
- 500g beef mince
- 500g lamb mince
- 3 small red chilli peppers, chopped
- 3 to 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 heaped tsp red chilli flakes
FOR THE GARLIC OIL:
- 0.5 cup sunflower oil
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 0.25 cup coriander, chopped
- 0.5 tsp red chilli flakes
- 0.5 tsp salt
- Approx. 5 tbsp water
Serve with yogurt and red sauce
