Pamplona is in alert level of the first Plan against floods after the Agra river reached five hundred and eight meters per second this morning, at 5 o'clock. It is the data with the highest flow in that course that has been recorded at a measurement system since the year 2000.
The Oria river has got the red category this morning and reached the level of some streets, which have been flooded.
