Andy Stewart - Hogmanay 1992 (Out With the Old)

Out with the Old, was Scottish Television's Hogmanay show for 1992, written by Alex Norton.

John Grieve (The Vital Spark) appears as a one-time entertainer living in a home for retired performers who’s planning a quiet Hogmanay. When he discovers that his niece, Katy (Katy Murphy) is hosting STV’s Hogmanay show, he decides to watch it on TV, only for the cast of the programme to arrive at the home to perform due to the TV programme being pre-recorded.

After a lifetime of bringing in the New Year, this would be Andy's final Hogmanay appearance.
