I have compiled 20 minutes yoga session which consists of approx 15 minutes of Sukkshma and 5 minutes of Sthula Vyayam. Sukshma Vyayam can be done by everyone, every day and all age group unless someone has very serious disease. However, for Sthula Vyayam one should not have heart related, high BP, Vertigo, Slipped Disc, Sciatica Hernia and other serious diseases.
Sukshma Vyayam was popularised by Shwami Dhirendra Brhmachari. It impacts all parts of body, starting from head to toe. Generally, it is done at the beginning of yoga session so that body will warm-up, then one can do Sthula Vyayama, Sun Saluatation and other advanced /difficult asanas.
I have also uploaded stretching asanas/exercises and sun salutation sessions. You may like to watch those sessions as well and make all these part of your daily yoga sessions.
