Tandoori Chai
Ingredients
Water - 1 cup
Cardamom pod - 2 nos
Ginger
Tea Powder - 2 1/2 Tsp
Milk - 1 1/4 cup
Sugar

Method
1. Boil the water
2. Pound the cardamom pods, and ginger
3. Once the water comes to a boil, add the pound ginger and cardamom to the water and boil it for a minute
4. Add the tea powder
5. Add milk and boil it for 5 mins
6. Add sugar and give it a mix, after it boils, turn off the stove
7. The next important step is to heat a small pot
8. Place the hot pot into a vessel and strain the hot tea into the small pot
9. Let it sizzle, Pour the hot tea into a galss and serve it hot
